- It can be connected, through the integrated PC, to the DICOM or HL7 IT infrastructure of the hospital environment
COMPLETE PERIFLUX SOLUTION
PeriFlux 6000 Combined includes all measurements from the range of blood microcirculation evaluation systems
It is the system that includes all the solutions recommended by the Global Vascular Guideline, for an optimal circulatory evaluation and diagnosis of patients with peripheral arterial disease (PAD) or critical limb ischemia (CLI) to optimize the chances of saving limbs and patients’ lives, minimizing the related financial impact and human suffering:
- Pressure in the ankle and toes
- Finger-to-arm index (TBI)
- Ankle-brachial index (ABI)
- Recording heart rate volume (PVR)
- Dermal perfusion pressure
- Transcutaneous oximetry (tcpO2) recording
- Connection to DICOM or HL7 hospital IT infrastructure
The system can also include various optional equipment settings such as:
- Segmental pressure
- ABI testing through treadmill exercise
- Pressure in the fingers of the hand

INTELLIGENT SYSTEM
PeriFlux 6000 Combined adapts its measuring capacity to CLI patients
The PeriFlux 6000 Combined can simultaneously assess pressures at three sites (right and left arm/ankle or right and left arm/tip), being equipped with thermostatic laser Doppler probes that locally heat toes and fingers to 40° Celsius using the integrated air compressor, facilitating the clinical operator’s work process to warm the ischemic feet prior to measurement, so that the measurement is standardised. The laser Doppler technique does not require pulsatility, as photoplethysmographic (PPG) techniques do. This means that the system can also assess very low pressures in patients with CLI. Also, the system is also equipped with transcutaneous oxygen electrodes that will allow to assess the patient’s capillary function to assess wound healing, determine the level of amputation, and also evaluate hyperbaric oxygen treatment.
A quality of Periflux 6000 Combined is the ease with which it can be installed and used, the integrated PC having an intuitive interface that guides the operator at every step during the examination, being able to generate personalized reports with patient measurements that the specialist doctor needs, either through the printer included in the system or by connecting the system to the hospital’s IT infrastructure so DICOM type, as well as HL7, for secure digital storage.
