Therefore, it is directly oriented to the needs of doctors and patients, by ensuring a hygienic and contaminant-free hospital environment, but also ergonomic and comfortable, ensuring the connection of the operating block to the medical gas and fluids installation through its range of medical pendants, with an intuitive and modern design and reduced physical effort during use by the medical team, Modul Technik ensures their optimum quality, from factory to customer, in accordance with European standards DIN EN ISO 9001 and DIN EN ISO 13485.
The pendants are distinguished by the quality of their materials, being made of extruded aluminum, being coated with non-toxic powders, compatible with the hygiene standards imposed in the hospital environment, and having the internal configuration based on high quality copper pipes, according to the DIN EN ISO 7396-1 standard.
The pendants are available in a wide range of colors from the RAL and NCS spectrums, and additional decorative elements, such as graphic or wood, can be added to give an aesthetically pleasing and elegant appearance in the operating room. At the same time, they are easy to clean and can be installed so as to achieve optimal compatibility with any type of wall or ceiling.
Through each pendant model, the Modul Technik offers a high capacity to connect the activity in the operating room to the utilities within the hospital units, each module can be installed according to customer preferences and needs.
Therefore, it is considered the possibility of equipping with grounded or EEC sockets, being able to add safety sockets of PEHA COMPACTA type, plugs for connecting patient monitors, but also the G1000 system, which has the role of supporting equipment and a wide range of medical accessories (flow meters, catheter boxes, examination lamps, etc.) through various integrated storage spaces, but also of the retractable keyboard.
There are also various lighting options, such as indirect, reading and examinations, as well as orientation lamps for the medical team.
DVE 5500
It is the ceiling console that meets the needs of medical specialists by ensuring the connection, through modules of choice, of the medical equipment and accessories within the operating block to the electrical and medical gas network, but also to the digital communication network within the hospital unit, in order to increase flexibility and informational support during the medical act. With its 330-degree rotation and the possibility of positioning it both vertically and horizontally, but also through integrated storage spaces for the necessary medical equipment and accessories, DVE 5500 is the solution that puts versatility for patients and medical specialists first.
ModuFilio
It is the innovative and compact solution from Modul Technik that occupies a minimum necessary space, adaptable in any context given by the medical equipment integrated during the medical act within the operating block or its dimensions, its arm allowing its movement horizontally but also vertically within a radius of maximum 2.2 mm. ModuFilio is the terminal unit that can be equipped with modules for connecting to the gas and fluids network, the electrical network and the communication network and the Internet, and can also be equipped with storage spaces that allow the storage of small medical equipment and accessories, to be within reach of the medical specialist, but also with an LED lamp with a customizable color, which provides additional lighting during the medical act.
Moduversa range
It is the range of medical pendants that includes a wide variety of solutions, designed to meet various challenges in any operating block, in any situation, can be integrated in simple configuration or in tandem and are created by Modul Technik to support heavy loads.
With an innovative design, they are distinguished by the durability they prove in any medical institution where they are installed, but also by the versatility offered by the arms fixed to the ceiling that have a modern mechanism, which is based on modern technology, with electromagnetic mechanism or based on air cushion, to be handled and positioned at a high degree of ergonomics, with models that can tolerate a weight of up to 1000 kg.
Also, the BPE 2500 console has the ability to rotate at 330 degrees and creates maximum efficiency as needed, with modules that ensure optimal connection to the electrical, gas and communication infrastructure of the medical institution, with storage spaces and work surfaces that can be integrated into the pendant, to give the medical team a handy space for storing medical equipment and accessories, but also surgical instruments, thus facilitating work processes in patient care.
They can be used as an emergency source for supply in case of failures at the main source, being used for smaller hospital units, as they have a low consumption of medical gases.
Moduversa
It is the basic model that incorporates the essential benefits of the product range, with an arm that achieves a rotating motion in the horizontal plane.
Moduversa Plus
To increase flexibility and obtain additional space for movement within the operating block, Moduversa Plus has an integrated second arm that performs a rotating horizontal motion, with the wrist that can operate through an electromagnetic or pneumatic mechanism, within a maximum radius of over 2 meters from the attachment point.
Moduversa HM
Through the articulated wrist with soft-start technology, it is the model that allows smooth handling of the medical console, both vertically and horizontally, within a radius of one meter, supporting a maximum load of 150 kg and thus having a high applicability in various surgical specialties. Also, in case of power outages, the pendant maintains its position and can also be handled manually.
Moduversa HM Plus
In addition to the benefits brought by Moduversa HM, by adding an additional arm and joints, it results in increasing the space of movement and positioning of the console up to 2.6 m distance from the attachment point, the main arm being available in several lengths, which tolerate different maximum weights, depending on the needs of each medical institution.
Moduversa HF
It offers medical specialists optimal access to all the utilities they need, from any position, Moduversa HF being the model that can adapt to the size of any operating block. With the help of the fixed arm that tolerates a weight of up to 180 kg, they can be easily and safely maneuvered for a maximum distance of one meter from the attachment point, both vertically and horizontally, through joints operating on the basis of the durable electromagnetic braking mechanism.
Moduversa HF Plus
It registers all the benefits of the Moduversa HF, but by installing the additional arm, optimal flexibility in maneuvering it is achieved, adapting to any spatial context in the operating room, within a radius of maximum 2.6 m.
