They are the solution through which each patient is ensured the connection with the gas infrastructure systems of the hospital, Oxyone focusing every time on quality through durability and efficiency, in the form of an elegant design. The medical bed head units and consoles are, from the very beginning, meant to have an increased service life through the resistance conferred by the use of extruded aluminum 6060 as raw material, being painted with a mixture of epoxy and non-toxic powders, thus maintaining patient safety standards, and all products are, from factory to users, compliant with quality and safety standards imposed at European level.

The key to connecting the patient to medical gas and lighting systems, with a minimalist design and customizable at the same time, as bed head units can be equipped with multiple elements for the needs of each project. The LED power grid includes ambient, reading, examination and night light in the form of several configurations. The bed head units can be decorated according to the requirements of patients, both for adults and children, and the gas component is strictly insulated from the electrical one, based on the structure of CE Medicalfein EN 13348 copper pipes.

It ensures the connection of the patient to the lighting electrical network and that of the hospital’s integrated services, such as the call to the nurses, the internet plug and the telephone. The Viola ramp is recommended for structures equipped with a distribution network in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 7396-1 standard, and can be customized by applying decorative wallpapers at the request of patients, with patterns available for adults and children, but also by presetting the profile color.

It is the integrated solution specially designed for ICU wards, being equipped with up to three lines of electric plugs, with separate distribution lines, and the gas configuration offers a superior number of options compared to that of standard therapy consoles, giving it a superior capacity to respond to patients’ needs, being able to be equipped with ISO compliant stainless steel bars at the top and bottom.

The latest innovation from Oxyone, constructed from only two high-strength aluminum profiles, offers a unique design by orienting sockets and switches directly to the patient’s bed, thus giving him increased autonomy in adjusting operating settings to suit his needs as much as possible. It is a design established in accordance with the service departments of medical institutions, being easy to inspect after installation, but also easy to clean and disinfect through its integrated lighting surface, being equipped with special gas couplers and DIN type.

It is the ramp specially designed for use in inpatient wards, offering a wide variety of options by connecting patients to gas, electricity and internet networks. Versatility is one of the defining features of the ramp, as infrastructure configurations can be offered according to the needs of medical staff, and the exterior design is adapted to the interior facilities, but also to the dimensions of the salon where it is to be positioned. 

They can also be equipped with LED lighting systems, such as direct, indirect and night light, and the efficiency of patient care can be increased, as vertical  bed head units allow the attachment of gas accessories and medical fluids, to which healthcare professionals have easy access.

Having as structure a pillar lowered from the ceiling, the Traian console has the ability to rotate at 330 degrees, focusing on increasing the efficiency of treating patients through the ergonomics it gives to medical staff.

Patient and doctor oriented, the innovative design of the Hexagon pendant can accommodate, in addition to electrical sockets and plugs for medical gases, equipment such as anaesthesia machines and endoscopes, but also ventilation devices, monitors and medical supplies, the large storage capacity allowing easy access for medical professionals to them whenever necessary.

The pendant is a combination of elegance and versatility, which manages to save space through its vertical structure, and the absence of open surfaces and integrated joints are two concepts that allow facilitating the maintenance and cleaning of the system and increase its durability.

Oxyone offers the answer in finding a means to supply hospital institutions with the necessary medical gases to ensure the care and operation support of medical devices, with minimal financial impact. 

They can be used as an emergency source for supply in case of failures at the main source, being used for smaller hospital units, as they have a low consumption of medical gases.

Filling stations are of two types:

They have integrated inverter for directing the route from one branch to another.

They do not have integrated inverter.

It represents the link between the medical gas and fluid systems of the hospital unit and the equipment and accessories used in patient care in ICU wards and operating blocks, such as flow meters and anesthetic devices.

They are equipped with a double anti-round valve, one on the socket and one on the base block, stainless steel plugs and shutter, guaranteeing durability and longevity through their brass structure, but also a pleasant design through anodized aluminum components.

Oxyone is also committed to achieving optimal efficiency of patient care by offering built-in splitters to connect the gas network to two beds simultaneously, being an alternative within direct and bar connections between the two beds. 

They can be used as an emergency source for supply in case of failures at the main source, being used for smaller hospital units, as they have a low consumption of medical gases.

In any hospital institution, maintaining a constant pressure within the medical gases in each room is an important factor in the comfort of medical staff and patients, but also in eliminating the unpredictability of the latter’s care, because technical support and constant therapy improve the decision-making process during treatments and optimize their chances of success.

They have the role of stopping the zonal supply with medical gases from a medical institution, in case of the need for technical interventions within the installed medical equipment. Therefore, the degree of flexibility of monitoring the infrastructure in hospital units is increased, as isolation boards are a method of autonomous regulation of pressure on a given section, which does not affect the operation of gas systems in other areas.

They are crucial in managing pressure levels at the medical gas source of hospital units, where the pressure may be too high, on multiple sections, directed to zonal valve service units (A.V.S.U.) or pressure reduction boards for stage 2, to simultaneously meet different types of requirements within institutions.

They have a high degree of autonomy, guaranteeing automatic functionality and a minimum flow rate of 20 Nm3/h, Oxyone promising optimal quality for each component, according to the UNI EN ISO 13485 standard.

For the safe use of medical gases, Oxyone innovates through its range of accessories such as flow meters and vacuum and compressed air aspiration systems, aiming for maximum precision in their use by medical professionals in treating patients, having a pleasant and elegant shape and being easy to use and install.

It controls oxygen flow in the therapy of patients, both adults and children, having a brass valve structure with a polycarbonate canister, and can be used by single or double configuration to assist one or two patients simultaneously. They can be connected directly to the medical gas socket, but can also be mounted on the Eurorail bar, making it easier to monitor patient care parameters.

They are used to aspirate secretions generated by the medical act, to maintain a clean and hygienic environment within the operating blocks.

The medical gas infrastructure plays an important role as technical support for medical equipment designated for patient therapy processes. Therefore, Oxyone focuses on the production of Venturi suction systems on compressed air for the proper functioning of anesthesia machines, also having a role in patient ventilation.
