TAILORED INTEGRATION

Operion system integration methods are performed according to the configuration of each operating room

During surgery, medical information must be available to specialists at every step so that their decision-making process is carried out as efficiently and quickly as possible, and every movement of each procedure is calculated to the millimeter to obtain the best results for patients. Therefore, Operion monitors and workstations can be positioned in a personalized way, adapted to the configuration of the equipment in the operating room, as well as to its dimensions, being three ways of integration according to the structure of the walls of the operating block in which it is to be installed:

  • Direct embedding (FB design)

It is the most cost-effective and hygienic method of integration, suitable for operator blocks with modular wall system, the embedding being direct and complete in the wall structure.

  • Mounting in aluminum body (BODY design)

The monitors can be encased in an aluminum housing directly on the surfaces, with a uniform depth of 125 mm allowing multiple adjacent devices to be mounted and a quality of recess material that provides optimal protection and increased longevity.

  • Cover frame (BR design)

It is the ideal solution for installing Operion monitors in drywall recesses, with a fixed frame mounted flush with the wall of the theater of operations, the dimensions of which are set according to the requirements of specialists

To guarantee optimal hygiene, the frames of the BODY and BR designs are lacquered with Polyflex Steridur, which provides a permanent protective layer that eliminates millions of germs every hour and allows them to be cleaned easily and quickly.

ENDLESS POSSIBILITIES

Each Operion system is customized for optimum efficiency

Operion monitors are available in several sizes to adapt to any space, with diagonal sizes from 19 to 75 “, which can be used as integrated workstations of RIS, HIS and PACS type, but also have a role in video management, control and navigation, being able to act as monitors for endoscopic cameras, and can even install two adjacent monitors of any size behind a single protective panel. Monitors larger than 32″ have the option of ALS (Automatic Light Stabilisation) that ensures longevity of image brightness, but also the option to display at least two images simultaneously from two different sources, with PIP (picture-in-picture) and POP (picture-outside-picture) options, and those 55 and 75” offer optimal 4k2k resolution quality and HD display of four images simultaneously.

For best performance, Operion systems are available with integrated PC, which can be equipped with I5 and I7 processor, as well as HDD and SSD storage, with up to 32 GB RAM.

The Operion system has been designed to be easy to use, but also easy to clean and disinfect. That’s why most monitors have an intuitive surface, with an integrated control panel that covers all the desired navigation and monitoring functions and is easy to use, but can be equipped with a wide range of hygienic accessories for increased control, so that the medical team can use them ergonomically and safely.

  • PCAP touch screen that can be used while wearing surgical gloves, with permeability and hygiene to the highest standards
  • GPIO pedal-based control element
  • External computer KVM solution allows monitors to be connected via CAT cables up to 100 m long
  • The Medigenic keyboard combines hygiene with ergonomics with an elegant design that also includes a mouse, mousepad and DVD drive
  • The Doctray keyboard focuses on versatility and ease of use, with a robust yet modern design that has an integrated touchpad that can also be used with surgical gloves, but can also include a USB port and a barcode scanner.
